Are you a strategic leader with a passion for logistics, fulfillment, and operational excellence? Argen, a global leader in digital dentistry and dental materials, is seeking a Director of Fulfillment and Distribution to lead our growing distribution network in San Diego, CA.

Location: 8515 Miralani Dr, San Diego, CA 92126

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

???? About the Role

As the Director of Fulfillment and Distribution, you will oversee Argen’s end-to-end distribution, warehousing, shipping, receiving, and fulfillment operations. You’ll drive efficiency, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and scale our capabilities to meet growing business demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations across multiple distribution sites
• Optimize warehouse layout, material flow, and inventory accuracy
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and shipping
• Develop and monitor KPIs: order accuracy, on-time delivery, inventory turns, and more
• Manage 3PL relationships and global logistics providers
• Drive continuous improvement through lean practices and automation
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, ISO 13485, and other regulatory standards
• Lead and develop a high-performing team
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Quality

✅ What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business (Master’s/MBA preferred)
• 10+ years in fulfillment/distribution, with 7+ years in leadership
• Strong ERP/WMS experience (QAD preferred)
• Proven success in process improvement and large-scale operations
• Knowledge of cGMP, ISO 13485, and global regulatory standards
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
