SND is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented 2nd Shift Warehouse Selector to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing produce orders, with a focus on quality and efficiency. You’ll also assist with loading trucks, maintaining a clean warehouse, and handling specialized or bulk orders.
Responsibilities:
Accurately pull and stage customer orders, including those requiring special handling or bulk/palletized items
Load delivery trucks according to assigned routes
Repack and recondition products to meet customer specifications
Manage printed labels and add-ons for each route with precision
Operate pallet jacks and/or forklifts to move inventory throughout the warehouse
Restock product and rotate inventory to maintain freshness and accuracy
Clean and maintain warehouse areas by sweeping, removing debris, and organizing boxes
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or order selection role
Ability to count and assemble large produce orders (up to 300+ pieces)
Strong memory for numbers and product identification
Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
REQUIRED: must be able to operate a motorized ride-on pallet jack.
