The DiFilippo- Whittingham Agencies of Liberty National-Worksite Division is expanding due to back-to-back years of record market growth across the nation. Our team makes a strong, positive impact in the community. We partner with Business Owners to make employee benefits available at no-cost to the business, while increasing their bottom line. We financially support employees and families in local communities during times of need. Our services allow families to navigate tough times when the unexpected happens in life.

We are looking for professional, highly ambitious, and motivated leaders to become an integral part of our team as we grow! You will take charge to implement the vision, mission, and core values established by the Whittingham Agencies.

Compensation:

Average compensation $60,000 - $80,000 in year one; uncapped commission

Responsibilities:

• Connect with business owners utilizing our state-of-the-art SalesForce platform
• Consult with business owners & HR directors about needed employee benefit programs
• Utilize proven company systems to partner with businesses and their employees
• Provide benefit enrollment services for business organizations
• Achieve weekly, monthly, and yearly production and growth goals
• Communicate and plan weekly activity in partnership with the leadership team
• Follow established activity model for success

Qualifications:

• Professional representation of self and company
• Customer Service experience preferred
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Willingness to learn and be coached
• Desire to make a positive impact in the community
• Good organization and communication skills
• Position is NOT remote and requires local travel
• High School Diploma/GED needed
• Must have valid driver's license and personal vehicle
• Must pass background check

Salary/Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 per year plus commission
