For the Equipment Controller position at Terex, based in Watertown, SD, we are looking for someone with intellectual curiosity, an analytical mindset who enjoys driving continuous improvements financially and strategically, through systems skills (particularly excel modeling) and process improvements. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys determining strategic objectives collaboratively, is passionate about wanting to understand business drivers and processes that helps to execute those objectives, while developing financial analytics/tools in how we better measure and understand business performance. The successful candidate will have an ability to thrive in an environment of rapid change; work effectively within cross-functional teams; will be highly resourceful; able to deliver strong results; have a passion for operational excellence and possess a strong set of communication and analytical skills.
Salary: The compensation range for this position is $108,000 - $148,500 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
