As a Team Leader, you will lead a team of production technicians to manufacture plastic containers for leading consumer brands. • Set Schedules : 12-hour shifts & a rotating 2-week standard schedule of 3 days, then 4 days is 15 working days a month as a full-time associate!

You Will:

• Relieve Technicians for breaks
• Ensure that all materials to fulfill the work orders that are present
• Coordinate team meetings
• Monitor all Quality Documentation ensuring all is in compliance
• Converse with Maintenance Technician to prioritize work to be completed on the line
• Work with new team members to train on line and on auxiliary equipment
• Responsible for production data that is to be correctly entered into PICS / Iconics
• Ensure GMP and safety policies are followed
• Responsible for maintaining ISO standards
• Initiate action for food safety issues
• All other duties as assigned

You Have:

• Ability to work 2-2-3, 12 hour shift; 6:45pm - 7:15am
• Associates Degree or higher preferred; Relevant experience will be considered
• Team Oriented and Self-motivated in all job responsibilities
• Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
• Effective time management
• Excellent communication skills
• Technical and mechanical abilities; Continuous learning aptitude through training
