Job Description
Looking for a team member to join our finishing department. Needs to have a good work ethic, pay attention to detail, and have a desire to learn. We build and finish high end custom cabinetry and need someone who has pride it what they do. This opening is for sanding and finish preparation, with opportunity to move up in the future as skills are mastered. Use of orbital sander, various sanding equipment and machinery, and patching compounds are used daily. Past experience is a strong plus but not required.
Requirements:
* Fast paced worker
* Multitask and a self-starter
* Attention to detail
* Ability to use sanders and have good manual dexterity
* Lift 50 lbs. and stand for ten hour shifts
* Learn procedures and order of operations
* Wear proper PPE as needed
Mon-Thurs 6:00am-4:30pm with Fridays a half day overtime as needed. Paid holidays and PTO based on time worked.
