ALL ABOUT FOOD & BEVERAGE

The Food & Beverage team enables a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is fresh, in stock, available, and accurately priced. They lead food and food services including replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, and presentation. As a Food & Beverage Team Leader, typical responsibilities include: Understand sales goals and execute daily/weekly workloads to deliver on department and store sales goals. Execute a fresh, full, and food-safe area during all operating hours. Assess Food & Beverage and Food Service areas; develop business plans and assignment sheets. Ensure proper execution of all food safety standards and cleaning routines. Work a schedule that aligns with guest and business needs. Establish relationships with vendors to ensure brand standards are met. Lead team to uphold all Starbucks and Pizza Hut Brand Standards. Evaluate candidates for open positions and develop a guest-centric team. Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up, and Drive-up. All other duties based on business needs.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

High school diploma or equivalent. Age 18 or older. Strong interest and knowledge of the Food & Beverage business. Ability to lead and hold others accountable. Effective communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Capability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment. Welcoming and helpful attitude.
