GUEST SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE AND/OR NIGHT AUDITOR POSITION
The Grove at Pismo Beach Pismo Beach, CA is seeking professional, friendly, outgoing and guest oriented applicants to fill one Full-Time and/or Part-Time position. Applicants must be prepared to work weekends and holidays.
:
Responds in a professional and courteous manner to arriving, departing and in-house guests by providing accurate and timely information and services. Responds to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information and guest concerns.
No travel required.
All necessary training provided.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:Must have high school graduate level mathematical aptitude. Must have past experience in dealing directly with the public and acquired general knowledge of customer service skills.Must be fluent in oral and written English.
