As we embark on a strategic continuous improvement journey, the role of Projects and Continuous Improvement Global will be pivotal in leading strategic projects and driving improvement to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at McCain Foods.
Reporting to the Food Safety and Quality Director of Systems and Compliance, the successful candidate ensures strategic projects are identified, managed, and executed to drive superior performance and value creation across the food safety and quality organization. The role serves as the functional project lead for strategic business projects such as network moves or new builds. The role works in close partnership with operations and cross-functional partners to ensure effective deployment and ongoing compliance to McCain Driving Impact (MDI) programs. This position also leads the Global FSQ team’s Key Performance Indicator (KPI) monitoring initiatives and helps in drive improvement through Advance Problem Solving processes.
This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on work and requires the ability to manage complex global projects with cross-departmental and functional teams. Compensation Package : $97,500.00 - $130,000.00 . USD annually + Bonus eligibility
The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education and training, and other organizational needs.
