Job Type Internship Description Job Summary Utah Mammoth is looking for a Graphic Design Intern to join their Creative Team for the 25/26 season. Working under the direction of a Senior Designer, this position will be responsible for assisting in the development and creation of high-quality digital and print graphics across several brand touchpoints while adhering to brand guidelines. Our ideal candidate is a strong communicator, passionate, intuitive, hard-working, detail-oriented, organized, and knowledgeable in the latest trends and practices in design. Must be comfortable working on multiple projects at once, working in a team setting, willing to receive feedback and offer up ideas. Internship runs from July 1, 2025 (flexible) to June 30, 2026. Candidates must provide a design portfolio for review. *APPLICATIONS WITHOUT A PORTFOLIO WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED*

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create and develop visual and creative concepts based off the needs of the project under the guidance of the Senior Designer and Art Director Assist design team with daily tasks creating digital and print-based graphics for Utah Mammoth, Delta Center and their properties Continually develop design skills, actively ask questions, and strive to learn Collaborate in a team environment Protect the reputation of the company Exemplify the Utah Mammoth mission and values: transparent, all in, community obsessed, one team, and scrappy Accept other duties, as assigned COMPETENCIES: Collaborates - Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. QUALIFICATIONS : Preferred but not required: Undergraduate Junior or Senior studying Graphic Design or a related field Able to work at the office in Sandy, UT for 20 to 30 hours per week Web or PDF portfolio demonstrating strong and relevant graphic design skills Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite on MacOS Strong written and verbal communication skills Able to work and communicate in a team environment Able to navigate quick turnarounds and short deadlines Able to adapt and multi-task in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and challenge yourself Knowledge and passion for hockey is a bonus!
