Healthcare Recruiter

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Healthcare Recruiter in the Greater Phoenix area. This position will be a hybrid schedule and interested candidates must sit in the Phoenix area.

This will be a high-volume recruiting position helping to staff for non-clinical healthcare positions and will be a full-cycle recruiting position. Candidates must feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling both candidate and client communication and logistics. 

Requirements 
  • Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's Degree desired
  • Minimum 2 years human resources/marketing/business development experience required
  • Ability to work within multiple software systems including Microsoft Office 
Skills
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment 
  • Able to work well within a team, but also be productive as an independent contributor 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Comfortability over the phone and in-person communication 
  • Can work well under pressure and meet deadlines 
  • Tech savvy and can adapt to different software systems 
  • Ability to meet production metrics as outlined by management

Pay Details: $50,000.00 per year
