• Seeking BC or BE palliative medicine physician
• Member of comprehensive team providing inpatient and outpatient care
• New physician team member covers inpatient palliative medicine consultations and inpatient hospice, with additional mix of outpatient palliative medicine clinic, telemedicine, hospice medical directorship, long-term and acute skilled nursing facility care, and resident supervision, depending upon experience and interest
