Job Description

The Hotel Regional Revenue Manager role is a support role to the Revenue Management Department. Responsibilities include administrative duties as well as managing and monitoring revenue systems. This role requires some collaboration and people skills to assist with helping each individual hotel successfully achieve revenue goals. Benefits Offered: Employee Referral Program $ Bonus Program $ Merit Increase $ Paid Vacation Flex Days 401k with Employer Contribution Medical, Dental, Vision Life Insurance Long-term/Short-term Disability Accident Insurance Critical Insurance Hotel Regional Revenue Manager Responsibilities: Compiling and updating all necessary reporting data Monitor pricing Strategies Build & maintain rate structures Manage and monitor revenue management system performance Maintain revenue management tools including brand software and systems and strategy spreadsheets Remain current in all required brand training and certifications Hotel Regional Revenue Manager Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, and bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred At least 1 year experience in the hotel industry required Experience or exposure to hotel revenue management preferred Exemplary analytical skills, math skills, and the ability to interpret data are vital Exceptional written and verbal communications skills are a must Computer proficiency including MS Office, Google Suite, and revenue management software needed Minimum Requirements: The Hotel Regional Revenue Manager is an analytical thinker driven to help our organization exceed our revenue management objectives. The ability to be a problem solver while handling ad hoc tasks is critical. As the revenue analyst you will be responsible for supporting all revenue management efforts and initiatives across the portfolio. Our ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of previous hotel administrative, sales or operations experience and be proficient in Excel as well as navigating systems and processes.
