Responsibilities/Job Description

You'll work on multiple projects in Human Resources/Talent Acquisition:
• Digitize employee files
• Onboarding process mapping
• Data collection and sharing for onboarding and exit interviews/surveys
• Career ladder/development for roles
• L&D curriculum structure
• Enhancing of employee engagement
• Recruiting outreach - colleges/universities/diversity groups
• TA networking and events for talent pipelines
• Tracking student employee graduation expectations for potential full-time opportunities

Education/Experience/Skills

We are seeking an undergraduate student to begin in May 2026 through the end of July/beginning of August 2026. This student will be entering their Junior or Senior year working towards their Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a business-related major. Students who will have already graduated by summer 2026 and Masters level students will not be considered.

This is a paid position working on-site approximately 40 hours per week Monday through Friday at our US headquarters in Alpharetta, GA. Housing assistance is not provided so local candidates are preferred.
