Light Industrial Recruiter -Hybrid
Location: Euclid, OH 44117
Pay: $25.00/hour
Hours: M- F, 8:00 am-5:00 pm (Hybrid, 2 days on-site)
Length: 3-month contract

Staffing Solutions Enterprises is seeking a Light Industrial Recruiter for our manufacturing client in the Euclid area! In this role, you will source general labor and light industrial employees for the manufacturing plants on the east side of Cleveland.

Must Haves:
-3 years of high-volume recruiting experience in general labor, light industrial, manufacturing, or distribution - directly for a large manufacturing or distribution company
-Experience with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Excel
-Experience with sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers
-High School diploma or equivalent required
-Must be able to attend hiring events as needed

Preferred:
-Experience with SuccessFactors Applicant Tracking systems
-Experience with job fairs and hiring events

Job Responsibilities:
-Sourcing and recruiting general labor talent for manufacturing plants in Mentor and Euclid location
-Will work onsite at the Euclid facility 2 days per week and attend hiring events as needed
-Will work in SuccessFactors ATS
-Will source candidates on job boards

Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a criminal background and drug screening
