Responsibilities

• Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including cruises, flights, accommodations, and activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new destinations, and travel deals to provide clients with the most current information.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise before or during their travels.

 

Overview

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Commission-based, uncapped

Benefits: Flexible schedule, travel benefits, company events, work from home, on-going training and support

Work Location: Hybrid remote (in-store and at-home)

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to clients.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
