Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced LSAT Tutor who is passionate about helping students excel on the Law School Admission Test. Youll provide engaging, personalized tutoring in Logical Reasoning, Analytical Reasoning, Reading Comprehension, and LSAT Writing. Your role is to boost student performance and confidence, guiding them toward a competitive score and successful law school admissions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individualized or small-group LSAT tutoring sessions (online and/or in-person).
• Create and adjust custom study plans based on student goals, diagnostics, and timelines.
• Teach effective test strategies, logic frameworks, and pacing techniques.
• Monitor progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt instruction accordingly.
• Foster a positive, encouraging learning atmosphere that motivates students to improve.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians as needed on progress and scheduling.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree or higher (required); JD or current law student status is a plus.
• Official LSAT score in the 95th percentile or higher (required; score report will be requested).
• Prior experience tutoring LSAT or other standardized tests.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and tailor sessions to various learning styles.
• Proficiency with online teaching platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, or similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of current LSAT formats (including online and LSAT Flex).
• Experience in law school admissions counseling or mentoring.
• Comfortable incorporating digital tools, practice platforms, and interactive resources.
• Competitive hourly rate
