Marketing Manager, Direct Mail Strategy
Location: Naperville, IL (Hybrid - In-office Tues/Wed/Thurs, Remote Mon/Fri)
Salary Range: $96,000 - $130,000 per year + Performance-Based Bonus

About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager, Direct Mail Strategy to join our team. This is a key role in driving growth by planning and executing direct mail campaigns, our largest marketing channel. If you are data-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about optimizing marketing performance, this role is for you.

In this role, you will:

Develop data-backed marketing strategies to achieve business goals and present recommendations with clear insights.
Oversee campaign budgets, track performance, and analyze key metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Maintain historical campaign data and provide post-campaign analysis to share insights and learnings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Marketing Operations, Production, and Creative Services—to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Align Direct Mail strategies with partner initiatives to maximize reach and effectiveness.
Work closely with creative teams to ensure that marketing materials meet strategic, legal, and brand requirements.
Develop test plans for creative, pricing, and product variations to optimize results and enhance performance.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in planning, forecasting, and executing direct mail campaigns
A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to inform decision-making
Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
The ability to translate marketing analytics into actionable insights
Strong strategic planning skills to assess risks and opportunities effectively
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong relationship-building skills and cross-functional collaboration experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A self-starter mentality with a problem-solving approach

Education & Technical Skills

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
