Description: Gloss Nail Spa, located in Fayetteville, is a refreshingly clean and modern boutique nail spa. We believe that everyone deserves to Shine inside and out. We are a new nail salon where cleanliness and an excellent customer experience is our priority. 

We are currently accepting applications for Nail Technicians and Nail Technician Apprentices. Earn while you learn! Applicants must be self-motivated, a team player, goal-oriented, passionate about service and interested in pursuing a rewarding career in the Nail Care Industry.

Obtain your state Nail Technician license while working!

REQUIREMENTS:
Education and Certification
Required: High School Graduate or equivalent
Required: Aspiring Nail Technician, Cosmetology Student / Nail Tech Student
Experience we are looking for
Preferred: Customer Service Experience
Preferred: Salon Experience

• Passionate and committed to the success of Gloss, customers and team members
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of salon operations and work execution 
• Sales and above average interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented with the ability to organize and plan 
• Ability to utilize social media account
• Knowledge of nail trends

Responsibilities

• Open to learning and providing excellent manicure and pedicure services
• Ensure all nail treatments are timely and meet high quality standards
• Ensures client satisfaction and create memorable experiences
• Promote services, products and discounts on social media
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the salon
• Contribute to reaching retail sales and team goals
• Follow sanitation and sterilization standards and procedures
• Inform clients about additional services, treatments and offers
• Ability to handle guest requests and complaints with kindness and grace
• Participate in salon marketing and employee meetings
• Flexible to work morning and evening shifts (including Saturday)

This position is for a full-time and part-time position. The pay is hourly and will be determined based on experience and meeting all criteria. This candidate will be a cosmetology student and/or student nail technician.
