*Hourly Pay Rate: *

*W2 $46*

*1099: $57*

*Occupational Therapist Requirements and Responsibilities:*
* Current NYS OT License and Registration
* Valid BLS Certification
* EMR Competence
* Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility
* Malpractice/Liability Insurance (if applicable)
* Provide efficient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for COTAs to follow under your supervision.
* Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting who require care related to TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnosis.
* Monitor and document patient progress with the use of innovative EMR software.
