Goodwill Financial is a well-established independent insurance agency with over 18 years of experience serving families and businesses in the United States. We are committed to providing exceptional service, and our dedicated service department ensures a seamless and efficient process.

We are currently seeking a P&C Sales Producer to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires strong sales skills, excellent communication skills, and fluency in Lithuanian. The Sales Producer will be responsible for growing our living benefits and life insurance book of business.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for helping people. They will have a proven track record of success in sales and be able to build relationships with clients.

Responsiblities:

1. Proactively call clients to assess their insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and guidance
3. Stay up to date on the latest life insurance products and industry trends to better serve clients
4. Collaborate with team members to achieve company and individual sales goals

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Strong sales skills with experience in tracking, developing, following up, and closing leads
• Excellent multitasking and computer skills, with proficiency in written and verbal communication
• Familiarity with sales software, with knowledge of Infusionsoft a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Active P&C Producer License
• Fluent/Native in Lithuanian or Russian
• 1-2 years of experience as a Customer Service Agent in the insurance industry
