Mrs.' Personal Assistant has moved out of state after many years of service. You are responsible for significant calendar management, acting as the air traffic controller for the principal, and coordinating her schedule with various personal teams and business clients, as well as liaising with herpersonal shopper, stylist, etc. You are low-key, private, gracious, poised, highly organized, able to pivot, and quick on the uptake. You are very knowledgeable about resources in the New York City area, or you know the "go-to" person to ask. Generally business hours based in her corporate office, and you have a 24/7 mindset.
