Summary:Pharmacy Delivery Drivers are first and foremost responsible for guest relations and satisfaction by building a reputation for Ultimate Service. He/She is responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of pharmacy orders within a designated area. He/She will work independently and specialize in delivering exceptional guest service.Key Responsibilities:When a guest enters my area or department, my first and most important responsibility becomes to acknowledge, greet, and engage that guestOperate personal vehicle in accordance with company safety policies & proceduresDeliver guest orders to specified locations within established time framesEstablish and maintain excellent relationships with guestEnsure guest delivery questions are accurately answeredMaintain standards for safety and sanitationMaintain accurate transportation logsTravel to assigned locations within designated region/area to perform job dutiesAdhere to company policies and procedures including safety protocols and regulatory requirements while travelingPerforms other duties as requested or required by managementKey Requirements:Must be 21 years of age or olderHigh school diploma or equivalentOne year of paid driving experience preferredHIPAA certification (can be obtained through United Spirit University)Valid driver's license with a history of no more than one moving violation, no suspensions or at fault accidents within the last three years, and no DUI/DWI within the past seven yearsFlexibility to work evenings, weekend and some holidays as requiredExcellent guest service skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently while working safely and quickly in a fast-paced environmentAbility to perform all other physical aspects of the job including bending, squatting, lifting, climbing, and walkingAbility to function as a team member and get along with othersAbility to accept supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits and attitude United Family Services Inc
