Position Summary: The Podiatrist provides clinical care at a multispecialty outpatient practice located in East Memphis. This position will be the third physician in an established, busy practice.
The Podiatrist will diagnose and treat a wide range of foot and ankle conditions from pediatric to the geriatric population. Duties will include conducting thorough patient assessments, performing non-surgical and surgical treatments, and providing preventive care education.
Key Results Areas (KRAs): - Provides the patient with an exceptional experience.
- Provides high quality podiatric care.
- Educates patients and families on preventive care.
- In collaboration with physicians and clinical teams, maintains applicable policies and procedures, and participates in quality assurance efforts.
Requirements
Education: Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (D.P.M.)
License & Certification: - Certification with the American Board of Podiatric Medicine is preferred
- ABFAS eligibility or certification
- Current unrestricted licensure as a Physician in TN, or eligible for licensure in the State of Tennessee
- Current certification DEA number, or eligible for certification DEA number
- ACLS/BLS/PALS Certification
