About the Role
The Company is seeking a President for its Action Fund, the advocacy arm dedicated to advancing progressive values and driving political change. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the Action Fund's work, including setting and executing strategic priorities, overseeing advocacy campaigns, digital strategy, research, and government affairs, and building relationships with policymakers, partners, and funders. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in advocacy, political, nonprofit, or government settings, with a proven track record in leading complex organizations, setting strategy, and achieving measurable impact. The President will also be tasked with leading fundraising efforts, managing budgets, and ensuring the alignment of the Action Fund's goals with the broader mission of the company. The position also involves supervising senior leadership, representing the company in media appearances and public events, and ensuring coordination among the policy, communications, and advocacy divisions.
