Need an RN for Bellefontaine, N. Lewisburg, Springfield, St. Paris, New Carlisle, Urbana areas to go out to VA clients homes and complete re-assessments and new client assessments. Must be able to travel to all these areas for assessments approximately every 45-60 days.
