Property Manager - $22-26/hour

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a property manager for a company in Lenoir City, TN.

Property Manager Responsibilities:

• Show newly renovated homes to potential residents
• Collect rent from current residents
• Assisting with leasing applications/set-up
• Resolve questions and complaints
• Handle past due notices and evictions - if needed
• Other duties as needed

Property Manager Qualifications:

• Ability to travel between properties (gas will be paid per travel)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently with little supervision
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Intrada software is preferred but not required

Property Manager Shift:

• Mon-Fri | 8A-5P (Some Saturdays when needed)
• Full time
• Temp-to-hire
• You will be working in the office while employed through Express. If hired on, you will be eligible to work from home.
