About the Role: Janitorial Floater
As a Floater, you play a crucial role in our operations. You'll work across multiple buildings, stepping in where needed to ensure consistent service and a clean, safe environment for clients. You'll also support management in training new team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cover staff shortages at various client locations
- Maintain facility cleanliness to company standards
- Assist supervisors with onboarding and training new hires
- Learn and support multiple site-specific cleaning procedures
- Must be 18 years or older
- Reliable transportation is required
- Clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and stay on task without constant supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Prior janitorial experience is a plus, but not required – we provide paid training!
