Responsibilities

• Develop lesson plans for Adult First Aid/CPR/AED training.
• Deliver training sessions to individuals or groups.
• Demonstrate proper CPR/AED techniques that comply with the American Red Cross requirements.
• Provide feedback to students to help them improve their performance.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress to ensure proficiency in CPR and AED use.
• Ensure training materials are up-to-date and comply with relevant regulations.

Requirements

• Certification as a CPR Instructor by an accredited organization (e.g., American Red Cross, American Heart Association).
• Strong knowledge of CPR and AED techniques and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare and deliver effective training sessions.
• Attention to detail and the ability to provide constructive feedback to students.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Instructors may need to work evenings or weekends based on course schedules.
