The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable Quickbooks Bookkeeper to join our team. This is an on-site position in Azle where you will be working directly with clients to manage their bookkeeping needs. The ideal candidate has a strong background in QuickBooks and is comfortable using the Microsoft 365 suite. This role is perfect for a professional who thrives on direct client interaction and values building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage bookkeeping for a diverse portfolio of clients using QuickBooks .
Process and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Work directly with clients to address their questions and provide clear, professional support.
Utilize the Microsoft 365 suite , especially Excel , to manage data and generate reports.
Prepare financial reports and statements as needed.
Assist with tax preparation and other administrative tasks during peak seasons.
Qualifications
Required:
Proven experience with QuickBooks .
Proficiency with the Microsoft 365 suite , with advanced skills in Excel .
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for direct client interaction.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to our office in Azle, TX.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Preferred:
Previous experience in a CPA firm or similar accounting environment.
Experience with tax preparation or tax-related documents.
Compensation & Schedule
Pay: Competitive hourly pay based on experience (to be discussed).
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (exact hours to be discussed).
