Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial operations. This role requires at least 3 years experience with Quickbooks Online , a solid understanding of general accounting principles, detail oriented, and the ability to work independently. You’ll handle accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, bill payments, reconciliations, and financial reporting — and follow up on anything that’s overdue or out of place.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Online
• Manage all aspects of A/R and A/P, including customer follow-up and vendor payments
• Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Prepare scheduled financial reports
• Track inventory purchases and COGS data
• Find and correct errors in our system
• Suggest and help implement process improvements in all aspects of our business
• Processing payroll with ADP and new-hire onboarding.
• Tracking employee expenses and reimbursements (when necessary)

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
• Expert-level experience with QuickBooks Online (this is a must)
• Strong understanding of accrual and cash accounting methods
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and reconcile accounts
• Familiarity with inventory and COGS tracking a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft office products, specifically Excel
• Prior use and understanding of the ADP system is a bonus
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Experience in distribution, wholesale, or food industry is a bonus
• Bonus points for experience helping a business through growth, acquisition, or transition
