What you bring as a Kitchen Manager (KM) :
3–5 years’ experience in a Kitchen Manage r or similar leadership role
Strong communication, team leadership & kitchen operations expertise
Comfortable with ordering, inventory, vendor management & compliance
Passion for food quality, training, and a clean, safe work environment
Conversational Spanish is a plus
