KITCHEN MANAGER – FLAGSHIP LOCATION | $80,000-$95,000 + 10% Bonus + 3 Weeks’ Vacation + Paid Benefits

What you bring as a Kitchen Manager (KM) :

• 3–5 years’ experience in a Kitchen Manage r or similar leadership role

• Strong communication, team leadership & kitchen operations expertise

• Comfortable with ordering, inventory, vendor management & compliance

• Passion for food quality, training, and a clean, safe work environment

• Conversational Spanish is a plus

Your role as Kitchen Manager (KM)

• Lead all kitchen operations with a focus on quality, safety & efficiency

• Develop and inspire your team through coaching and accountability

• Manage costs, labor, scheduling, and systems like a true owner
