We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional dining experiences in a welcoming and dynamic environment. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team, drive performance, and ensure operational excellence.

The General Manager is responsible for the overall success of the restaurant. This includes overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, managing staff performance, maintaining quality standards, and meeting financial targets. This role requires strong leadership, a passion for hospitality, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all restaurant operations and ensure a consistently excellent guest experience
• Hire, train, schedule, and manage a high-performing team
• Monitor financial performance, control costs, and drive profitability
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Maintain food and service quality by conducting regular inspections
• Foster a positive work environment and team culture
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Implement company policies and procedures effectively

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar leadership role
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage budgets, labor, and food costs
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience in training and developing teams
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain)
