Job Description
Superior Skilled Trades is expanding in the Madison, WI market and seeking a motivated Skilled Trades Recruiter to support our existing client base in the region. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to take ownership of a growing territory, starting remotely and ultimately helping to establish a local SST office .
What You’ll Do:
Recruit and place qualified tradespeople (electricians, carpenters, HVAC techs, etc.) with construction and industrial clients
Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, onboarding, and compliance
Maintain strong communication with field employees and clients to ensure quality service
Help grow our presence in the Madison market with support from our national recruiting and sales teams
Partner with leadership to build out a local office as demand increases
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of staffing or skilled trades recruiting experience
Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of local labor markets
High sense of urgency and ability to juggle multiple priorities
Comfortable working independently while collaborating remotely with team members
Based in the Madison, WI area; willing to work remote to start, with future interest in leading an in-person office
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary: $50,000 – $60,000
Total comp potential: $75,000 – $100,000+ (base + commission)
