Superintendent – Mission Critical Construction
Lead the field execution of complex, high-security data center and mission critical projects from ground-up through commissioning.
Drive safety, quality, and schedule while coordinating all trades and delivering facilities that power the world’s digital infrastructure.
What You’ll Do:
– Oversee daily site operations, subcontractor performance, and field logistics.
– Partner with project leadership to execute mission-critical builds on time and on budget.
What We’re Looking For:
– Proven superintendent experience on large-scale industrial or data center projects.
– Deep knowledge of MEP coordination, structural sequencing, and commissioning.
Core Build Scope: Sitework and deep foundations, tilt-wall and steel structure erection, precast and roofing systems, full MEP infrastructure installation (chilled water, switchgear, UPS, bus ducts), white space build-out with raised floor and containment systems, and start-up, integrated testing, and final commissioning.
