Overview Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre Sustainability Crew is a seasonal, part-time role within Live Nation Entertainment's venue operations. The role supports resource recovery and circularity, maximizing landfill diversion during event waste sorting, educating fans and staff, and assisting the Venue Sustainability Manager. Responsibilities Participate in Venue Sustainability Crew onboarding and training. Assist in mid- and post-show waste sorting of recycling, composting, donations, and landfill materials; post-show work may include early-morning hours. Be available to work on show days and non-show days, including weekdays and weekends, to ensure proper waste sorting and diversion. Assist the Venue Sustainability Manager with educational support to all venue Crew Members and fans. Maintain a clean sorting area and support post-show pickup after each event; shifts may occur on days following a show. Other tasks as assigned by the Venue Sustainability Manager on an as-needed basis. Qualifications Show days require about 90% walking, bending, reaching, stooping, lifting and carrying 50+ lbs, with about 75% of that time spent sorting materials. Not afraid to get dirty or be around unpleasant odors. Ability to work outside in variable weather. Strong time management skills to show up on time and work late hours. Dedication to participate in something that will have a real and immediate impact. Must be able to work well with other departments. A positive attitude. Creative thinker and problem solver. A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs. Experience in events/zero waste events is a plus.
