Are you an experienced Electrical Superintendent seeking a dynamic role that combines your leadership skills, technical expertise, and passion for travel? We are looking for a Traveling Electrical Superintendent to join our esteemed construction team. This role is perfect for those who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy the challenge of unique projects, and are ready to take their career to new heights. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from multi-family to assisted living facilities. This position requires frequent travel to various construction sites across the country.

Responsibilities:

As a Traveling Electrical Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all electrical aspects of our construction projects. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Supervising and coordinating the activities of the electrical team to ensure the successful completion of projects.
2. Ensuring all electrical work is performed in accordance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
3. Reviewing and interpreting electrical plans, blueprints, and schematics.
4. Collaborating with project managers, architects, and other construction professionals to design and implement electrical systems.
5. Troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues that arise during construction.
6. Providing regular progress updates to project managers and stakeholders.
7. Traveling to various construction sites as needed to oversee and manage electrical work.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Traveling Electrical Superintendent role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent in the construction industry.
2. Proven experience working on multi-family projects.
3. Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical plans, blueprints, and schematics.
4. Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
6. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
7. The ability to travel frequently to various construction sites.
8. A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
9. Certification as a Licensed Electrician is a plus.
