Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year
A bit about us:
Based in Florida, we are a well-established and growing GC that specializes in federal government projects. We build critical infrastructure nationally that supports our military and civilians. Project types include aviation, manufacturing, healthcare and education and typically range from $10M-$75M in value size.
Due to growth, we have an immediate need for a Project Manager / Superintendent. Our first project is in Bassett, VA, and candidates that are willing to travel would be preferred.

Job Details
MUST HAVE
+ Experience as a Superintendent at a GC
+ Experience with federal government projects
NICE TO HAVE
+ Experience with project management
+ Experience with USACE Projects
+ Experience with ground-up
+ ProCore or similar construction management software experience
