About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP Ethics & Compliance Officer to lead the development and management of its ethics and compliance programs. A Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal background is strongly preferred, along with a Master's degree in a relevant field. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years' experience in ethics and compliance management within the health insurance industry, with a proven track record of leadership and people management. Required skills include a deep understanding of risk management practices, the ability to develop high-level relationships, and superior communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
