About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP Ethics & Compliance Officer to lead the development and management of its ethics and compliance programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the organization adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements, with a particular focus on those related to the healthcare industry. This role involves overseeing and reporting on compliance activities, leading a team that includes a Special Investigations Unit and Performance Measurement and Reporting, and maintaining effective systems for raising and addressing compliance concerns.
