We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager with a strong background in shipping, receiving, and inventory management . The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of warehouse leadership experience and a proven ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of 15–20 employees . This role is responsible for ensuring the warehouse operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment .
• Lead, train, and supervise a team of 15–20 warehouse associates to ensure productivity, safety, and quality standards are met.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Monitor and improve workflow processes to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the warehouse.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development for team members.
• Collaborate with management and other departments to meet company goals and customer satisfaction standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of warehouse management experience , including shipping and receiving operations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a large team .
• Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS), Microsoft Office, and inventory software.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
