The Role You Will Play

• Guide supervisors, leads, and frontline talent toward strong results and a stronger workplace

Desired Background Profile

• Leadership experience in high-volume or regulated manufacturing
• (food, pharma, consumer goods, automotive, tobacco—all welcome)
• 5+ years leading people, processes, and production outcomes
• Strength in coaching, performance management, safety, and continuous improvement
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent operational experience)
• Familiarity with production systems, safety protocols, and modern manufacturing tools
