Good friend and BMX fixture Alan Foster went down hard at Sheep Hills yesterday.
Alan fractured 3 vertebrae, two ribs and scraped up his face pretty good. Alan is coherent, moving all limbs and able to talk with no difficulty. Surgery is scheduled for Monday or Tuesday.
I’m not a religious man by any means but I’ll be sending good vibes in that direction.
