Job Description

Wellward Regenerative Medicine is seeking the perfect candidate for our Acupuncturist position!


Wellward Medical is a Lexington, KY based Integrative Health Clinic which offers Orthopedic and Sports Medicine, Pain, Mental Health, Functional & Lifestyle Medicine. We focus on methods ranging from non-surgical orthopedics and sports medicine practices to medically supervised weight loss programs, with additional services extending into Anti-Aging and Sexual Health.

Acupuncturist Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial patient consultations to gather information on medical history, symptoms, and lifestyle
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, physical therapists, and nutritionists, to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients
  • Administer acupuncture treatments and related therapies, such as cupping and moxibustion
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, in consultation with the patient's care team
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Educate patients on the benefits of acupuncture as part of a holistic approach to care
Acupuncturist Qualifications / Skills:

  • Valid license to practice acupuncture in Kentucky
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to patient care
  • Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Experience working with patients of all ages and backgrounds
Job Type: Part-time - 2 Days per Week - 9:00a - 5:00p

Pay: Negotiable
