Job Description

Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager

Location: Inland Empire, CA

Highly preferred DSA school or OSHPD healthcare experience but not required.

Compensation: $90,000 to 125k for Asst. PM and 150-180k base salary for PM or Sr. PM

Responsibilities:

  • Support Project Managers in coordinating all phases of construction from preconstruction through closeout
  • Assist with maintaining project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes
  • Help manage subcontractor communication and scheduling
  • Participate in weekly project meetings and site walks
  • Work closely with field teams and help ensure smooth coordination between office and jobsite

Ideal Candidate:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in commercial or industrial construction as a Project Engineer or APM
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with ground-up construction processes, budgets, and documentation flow
  • Eager to grow into a Project Manager role and build a long-term career locally
