Job Description

The Managed Services Business Consultant Specialist I is an entry level position that requires the ability to coordinate with multiple customer teams to create, maintain and update store-specific fixtures, floorplans, and planograms using One Door's software solution. This role will collaborate with internal teams to provide top quality services to our retail-based customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide recurring managed services to support and/or supplement customer application management and space planning Learn customer business workflows and merchandising strategies Analyze, plan and execute a creative approach to planogram design to meet the needs of the customer Ensure continuity across the One Door Platform and enhance the retail customer experience Manage and document customer digital store models in the software platform Provide updates for store locations, floorplan and content for new and existing locations Review accuracy and productivity of locations, fixtures, floorplans and planogram designs to ensure that all plans are accurate and executable at store level Participate in one-time projects and implementation work as needed Provide back-end support for tier 1 and tier 2 break-fix resources as necessary Provide training and business support for customers Develop and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional teams both internally and externally Collaborate with peers to ensure consistency of information, share best practices and knowledge May be required to work outside normal business hours on an as-needed basis QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience 2 years of customer service experience Can navigate Microsoft Applications, with emphasis on Excel, and Adobe Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, at a basic level Possesses strong problem-solving and analytical skills Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills Has a strong sense of pace and urgency to meet client deadlines Is a team player who can also work independently within business hours PREFERRED Prior experience working within a retail-based SaaS software platform Experience in retail merchandising and/or customer retail operations AutoCAD experience Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
