About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to a Senior Executive, a role that goes beyond traditional executive support to focus on building and owning the systems that enhance the executive's effectiveness. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a high-volume executive inbox, calendar, and travel, as well as turning raw notes and voice memos into polished written deliverables. This position requires a mix of high-level strategy and hands-on execution, with an emphasis on protecting and extending the executive's time, attention, and output. The Chief of Staff will also be the primary interface with internal and external stakeholders, and must be adept at running high-discretion personal and professional projects. Candidates for this role at the company should have 8-12+ years of experience supporting top-tier executives or UHNW clients in similar high-touch roles. Exceptional written communication, proficiency in modern productivity tools, and a proven track record of managing both professional and personal workflows are essential. The role demands a discreet, poised, and trustworthy individual who is capable of handling sensitive information and is eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship. Experience in family office or private office environments, exposure to events, property oversight, or vendor ecosystems, and financial fluency are considered advantageous. The ideal candidate will be based in Austin or be willing to relocate promptly, and must be prepared for an on-site, bureaucracy-free work environment with a focus on extreme clarity and high standards.
