About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff/COO with a deep understanding of the crypto landscape to work closely with the CEO and CFO. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the company's strategic priorities, increasing the speed and velocity of scaling, and ensuring alignment across the organization. This high-impact role requires the ability to operate with autonomy and speed, particularly in the areas of strategic planning, execution, and cross-functional leadership. The Chief of Staff/COO will also be involved in executive support, communication, and special projects, and must be adept at maintaining deep knowledge of the modular blockchain ecosystem. Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, with a specific requirement for crypto-native experience. The role demands a proven track record in driving strategy, execution, and team alignment within a high-growth startup, as well as deep expertise in blockchain technologies, especially stablecoins and DeFi. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as is the ability to interface with technical, product, and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong process and project management skills, be proactive, well-organized, and possess excellent judgment and decision-making abilities. Responsibilities also include serving as the main point of contact between the leadership team and external stakeholders, owning meeting prep, and representing the leadership team in various engagements.
