**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Clerk to join our The UPS Store 6403 team. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service and/or printing.

**Duties:** -

Provide exceptional customer service in a hotel setting - Utilize upselling techniques to promote products - Demonstrate strong time management skills while completing tasks efficiently - Assist with sales activities and contribute to achieving revenue targets -

**Requirements:** -

Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred - Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor - Proficiency in time management to prioritize tasks effectively - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment - Flexibility to work in a team setting and independently when needed

Job Types: Full-time or Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 37 per week
