About the team and the role:

We are looking for a highly qualified, motivated and entrepreneurial leader to lead our Global Consumer Insights - Analytics and data science teams. This individual will lead will work closely with our Global consumer insights team to distill actionable insights from customer data and work with cross functional teams to help build roadmaps based on these insights

What you will accomplish:

• Lead, mentor and assist in the development of the data science and analytics team. The role will manage a team of high impact, motivated data scientists
• Analyze Customer survey data to identify drivers of customer sentiments and convert insights into actionable solutions with Product/Marketing/Business teams. Leverage industry leading techniques to parse insights from free text.
• Build positive relationships with cross functional partners and peers to connect dots and build comprehensive insights on customers
• Develop self-service data visualization tools to help drive decision velocity of the organizations
• Setup customer satisfaction goals for the organization and build/monitor metrics to track progress against the goals.

What you will bring:

• BS/BA degree Statistics, Applied Econometrics, Math, Physics, Computer Science, other related Core Sciences or equivalent.
• 10+ years relevant professional experience or Master’s degree 8yrs+
• Proficient in Python/R and SQL, database platforms including Hadoop
• Analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Experience with data and analytics methods using a variety of BI tools such as Tableau, MicroStrategy
• Proven experience in project management practices
• Communication skills, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills that allow effective interactions with business partners, stakeholders, and senior leadership
• Ability to interact with senior and executive leadership in both ad-hoc and formal settings

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
