The Director plays a key role in driving operational efficiency and financial performance, including revenue growth and profitability, while fostering a culture of exceptional service.
In this leadership role, the Director will oversee the entire front-of-house service teams, manage vendor relationships, and lead initiatives to enhance member satisfaction through innovative programming, pricing strategies, and promotion of club events. Additionally, the Director will ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and club standards, positioning the club as a prestigious destination for members.
